March 2023 Update
PRAISE THE LORD!! God has brought us a long way on this journey to BUILD more room for Him. This month we celebrate how God is moving in our Youth Ministry and in the volunteers who serve. Once the expansion is complete, youth will have access to new recreation spaces including a gym to grow in community and experience opportunities to learn about Jesus.
2023 is hoped to be the final year of new (Phase 1-3) construction at Central Campus. If all goes according to our timelines – we will start to see some ministries moving into the new spaces this fall!
Part of this season of preparation requires a step of faith – it will require all of us to give of our time, talents and finances so we can be ready for new faces and opportunities to introduce people to Jesus. Please prayerfully seek Him about where He might have you serve as we need more volunteers to respond to increased numbers of youth, children and people in need.
We still have a way to go to reach our BUILD financial goal, which is described here. Whether you’ve been attending for many years or whether you’ve recently joined us, please prayerfully seek the Lord’s guidance about what you can give here: www.buildmoreroom.ca/give

Update Videos
Bearspaw Campus attenders share how God has been moving in the church and blessing them with a facility in the first year of opening.
See how God is moving in the life of a volunteer who has been on a journey with the same group of boys since they were in grade 7. Youth Ministries will benefit significantly from the new spaces under construction at Central Campus, including a gym.
“Serving where you're called keeps you growing in your faith. You know when you have found the right area to volunteer because it's not an obligation but a privilege. I’ve been with this group of guys since grade seven and I look forward to coming to the church each week to meet with my grade 11 boys … youth still need people speaking truth and encouragement in their lives … they have showed me that when you’re real and authentic people hear the message and there’s no greater message than the salvation of Jesus, my co-leader.”
Importance of Prayer
Prayer of the month
Pray for the growing numbers of youth coming to our church and that many young lives will be discipled and changed in these new spaces. Pray that God will raise up an army of volunteers to walk with youth, and that we would be generous givers in this final year of new construction.

Finance Update
As of February 2023 we have given $4.3M (43.6%) towards our chapter 2 goal of $9.8M, leaving $5.5M remaining. We are grateful for what the Lord has supplied. We still have a way to go to reach our goal. Thank you for continuing to pray and persevere with us in our journey to “complete the work,” physically, spiritually, and financially, in the spirit of 2 Corinthians 8:11.
