One of the core ways we as Christians develop and deepen our relationship with the Lord is to learn how to hear God’s voice. When we learn to hear God’s voice for ourselves, a natural and logical progression is to hear God’s voice for others. Hearing God’s voice for others is what the Bible calls the gift and ministry of prophecy. Here at CSC, we have a 16 session class called Deeper that is a safe community where people come to learn and practice how to hear God’s voice for themselves and others through the gift of prophecy. Many people have been deeply impacted by this Deeper journey. Eunice Emilson is just one of these people. This is what she says about how the class has impacted her life.

“In Deeper, I learned to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit in my daily walk with God as I study how to become more like Jesus. It is freeing to bring all my decisions before Him and ask for wisdom and then listen expectantly for guidance from the One who knows all things and is not surprised by anything; the One who created me, loves me, and knows what’s best for me.”
